no return policy

I bought a transformer (220v to 12v) in a sealed box from 4x4 Mega World with the specific request that it should have a cigarette lighter adaptor on the 12v feed. I took the goods home and opened the box to find that the 12 volt side had a male adaptor as opposed to the cigarette lighter adaptor. They refuse to exchange the goods even though they supp**** the wrong goods, because the packaging has been opened. Don't care about the R239.00!! They will never see me again. Nice if you can afford to tell customers to get lost!!
