Customer satisfaction guaranteed

<p>We placed a small order from 4x4 Direct (http://www.4x4direct.co.za). The quotes came through very quick and Johan Jansen was extremely helpful and sincere over the phone with my query. I placed my order, made payment and they got the goods together very promptly. I did request goods to be ready by the Friday but their courier, delivering 1 item, was delayed and could not have the goods ready by the intended time. However, Zelda offered to bring part of the order home with her, which is not far from me, which I then collected on the Friday evening. The balance of the order arrived the Monday which Zelda, again, brought home and I again collected. All this to avoid me having to drive from Gordon's Bay to Brackenfell for my "urgent" items.<br /><br />Zelda delivered fantastic customer service by going the extra mile for her client. Not something you get to experience much anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>Good work to the team of 4x4 Direct.</p>
