Poor service from 4Ways glass

Contacted the company to replace damaged glass in sliding door. Immediately paid 60% deposit whereupon owner confirmed that someone would likely attend the following day to replace the glass. There was no contact whatsoever thereafter, until I kept contacting the business to see when they would attend. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional, prompting me to request that they refund my deposit so that I could approach an alternate provider. The follow up, customer care and attitude is very unprofessional.
