Waste of Money

Our agent was super arrogant and unhelpful, he claims to have a 100% success rate with Schengen Visas which was not true. Had success completing the application myself - he is not the expert he claims he is. You are better off doing the application yourself and saving R1500.

Waste of money and caused unneccessary stress - he also tried to score an extra R680 on an invoice which I needed to query to have removed.
