After we paid them we received absolutely no service -took longer than three months to get Brian to make the appointment - every step of the way we had to initiate the discussion - asking for advice, got the wrong forms from them and had to go back again. Still, don't have the visa. And he just gets defensive and try to pass the buck and said the embassy gave him the wrong forms instead of apologising for the delay. The travel agency, in the end, assisted me for free and got the job done. His service was absolutely pathetic.
