The worst possible service. They, Charlie Kruger (Brooklyn Pretoria) will take your money and not provide the required service. I app**** for a NZ visa (through uk4visas) and I am still waiting. Application date: 20/06/2018. She just shrugs her shoulders and will not make an effort to sort out the matter. She did send one pathetic email to the NZ office. She insists that it is now my problem and that I should sort it out. They advertise that they have a 99% sucess rate - my foot. You will waste your money using these people. Do your application yourself....IT COSTS LESS.....you do not need them!!
