<p>It has been almost a year since we used Mr Kruger to get our sons' UK visa sorted out. The initial cost amounted to R54,000, then the english test had to be done, paid by us - then the TB test - another R1,650 ththen priority Visa R9,000. Our son had to get back to the UK for his wedding - needless to say we did not get the Visa, then we had to submit an appeal to the tribunal, another R2,500. Had to postpone wedding, and obviously flght. Fifteen weeks later an ordinary visitors visa was issued, at about R3,000. Again a TB test (previous one expired) R1,650. Had to pay for extention of flight another R1,450. Son could not get a job in SA for obvious reasons and did some piece jobs, not earning much because of the nature of the wor. Could not get a job in the UK because of Visa restrictions. We declining the origan application of Visa, we were suppose to get some paper work back, but it was NOT included in the papers - English Test Reference and National Health Exculsion Ref nr (which costs R14,000). Back in the UK our son had to re-apply for Visa (which we already paid for R54,000) - we had to pay a further R18,000 and now we need the NHS ref no, and Mr Kruger say he does not have any documentaion. No englisg test ref no, no NHS ref no. NO answer on why Visa was declined, NO help on appeal because when we called im he said he cannot assist he is in Cape Town. No assitance when he came back..... No answers on our numerous emails send and out of frustation we appealed to him to supply ALL relevant information and proof of all submissions. Absolutely NOTHING, accusing us of being negligence of not keeping papers (which we never received from him or the embassy) - out of frustration my son send him a email with swearing and he now decline to comment. My son cannot get a job in the UK without is Visa and also found out we have pay the R18,000. We used a so-called professional to assist us in this process because we are 400kms from Johannesburg & 450kms from Pretoria. It is a roundtrip of about 1,000kms everytime we have to do anything. Six visits to Gauteng and absolutely NOTHING!! No assitance after paying Mr Kruger R54,000! No documention, no proof! NOTHING!!! My son have a family to look after, we cannot afford to support him in pounds! I do not even want to think about what is going to happen if this Visa application cannot be processed because of the unprofessional conduct of Mr Brian Kruger. </p> <p> </p>
