4u CELL AND SOUND DOES NOT TAKE REPOSNIBILITY FOR THEIR WORKMANSHIP

I walked into the store to have my battery replaced on my old phone. I found a gentleman who had come to complain that the phone he has gotten fixed by 4U Cell and Sound had stopped working. A huge verbal confrontation ensured. To my shock, the owner said once you leave the door with your phone working, we no longer take responsibility. The client cited Consumer Protection Act and the responsibility to fix the phone as it stopped working few day after they worked on it. Again, the owner emphasised “WHEN YOU LEFT MY SHOP IT WAS WORKING” and proceeded to say “YOU CAN CALL WHOEVER YOU WANT I DON’T CARE ITS MY SHOP”. I silently left the shop and went to find another cell phone repair shop. I later met the gentleman who was asking for Management of The Piazza so that they can intervene.
