Poor service delivery

After waiting 4 days for a response as to where my shipment of eggs is , from transport company 4THREVO logistics, I still have no joy . I have lost so many customers in these last few days. This loss of income to me is so huge as a Small Business Proprietor that myself and my family already are stressed out , esp with the thought of my 2 week old daughter to provide for . I have several customers who have already sought business elsewhere and with the problem of bird flu at hand are looking at ME as an unreliable supplier . All I asked for was tracking and feedback and 4 days later I still have no idea as to where my product is or when my delivery will be made . My payment was made on Monday when my orders were placed . All I want is my product.
