Worst online retail store!

Worst Online store ever! Placed an order of Airbuds 6, they sent me faulty Airbuds 4 instead. I requested for them to collect and exchange, they instead offered another brand with the incorrect buds. The owner called me and was very rude to me and didn't even account for their error and wants me to not say anything because they sent me a courtesy "gift".

Whatever you do, stay away from 4months online store! ****!
