Mamaroo Baby Bouncer - Awful experience

Purchased a Mamroo baby bouncer from Baby city. Baby hates it. Cries as soon as we put her in there. Tried to return it and they refused to accept it. Really bad attitude and service. DO NOT purchase this item. It is extremely expensive and not worth it!
