They don't pay deposit back

If you have money to flush down the drain, rent with 4Max properties. They are unprofessional, they are ******. They don't honor their promise. You will never get your deposit back. They make you pay for ITC check, You must also pay the deposit for prepaid electricity. They take your deposit and claim to do repairs on defects which were existing from day one when you move in. Their rental price looked attractive but they know they will recover the monies through the deposit.
