Horror Movie at Belle Vie

<p>If anyone plans on renting through 4Max Properties, please read all their reviews first. I wish I had. My Complex – Bella Vie</p> <p> </p> <p>On renewing my contract with 4Max, I queried if I would need to pay a further deposit, they confirmed that the deposit I had paid was correct, and I need not worry about paying any other monies. 5 months later, I received an e-mail, saying they made a mistake and now need a further R2 250 deposit, and to top this off, they invoiced me incorrectly every month and I now need to pay an additional R2 500 in. This brings the total to R4250. I was then harassed and felt like I was abused. They have now threatened to cut my pre-paid electricity if payment is not paid now. I am a single mom, I don’t have the funds to pay for someone else’s faults. I have never faulted on my monthly rental. </p> <p> </p> <p>It took FOUR MONTHS to fix a broken geyser and I am still battling with a house that floods every time it rains, their response, put a towel there. </p> <p> </p> <p>NEVER EVER use 4Max!</p>
