Breach of agreement

My wife and I rented a property from 4max rentals. The house was too expensive and we were battling to afford it. We had a meeting with Monique and the owner in Dec 2015. We agreed that we could get out of the lease if they were able to find a new tenant. The new tenant was found and we had to move out on Sunday 24th Jan 2016. She agreed in writing that we would get our full deposit back minus the utilities, CMS and provided the exit inspection showed no damage. The exit inspection was conducted successfully on Sunday with Rentia and we were promised a copy of the exit inspection, which never happened. I called Monique today to follow up on our deposit. She was SO rude and derogatory, saying we left the house in a state. The house was cleaned by our domestic and was in tip top condition. DON'T EVER TRUST THEM WITH YOUR DEPOSIT, you will never see your deposit again. They have no Street address and will not give it out. I have now tracked 3 people with the same issues.... Don't deal with 4max Properties
