4max Properties the worst rental agency

Good day all.. Be very careful before you use 4max properties, they really will try everything to avoid to pay back your deposit. They have these absurd deduction before I can get my deposit back, after they stated I still owe them money... As i am trying to explain, I did not even received the key, my friend did and they are charging me for either stuff that was there or marked or whatever the case might be, they just refer back to the clause of 6.1 that you only have 3 days to give it to them in writing that you found is not correct. There was no power so they did not even check half of the flat, but you should have reported it within 3 days, and then you will pay R400 for another inspection.

They even deducted R250 for minor marks per skirting.... that was there before I moved in. They just want to ***** your deposit. If you signed a lease agreement with them, you must know you will not get your deposit back and be paying in.

As I mentioned when I moved in, there was plastic hooks behind the door, just because I did not report it within 3 days, I have to pay R250 per hook per door. Every time you renew your contract the rent increase as well you have increase your deposit but they only work on the first deposit, which again you loose
