4MAX PROPERTIES ARE *******!!

Hi everyone. 4Max Properties are managed by *******! They will not refund your deposit money and instead make you sign a ********** rental agreement with a non-existent company called 'Brotika Property Trust' which was a de-registered company called Brotika Property Solutions that ceased business more than 3 years ago! They also provide **** repair quotes from **** companies (one of which is Brotika Property Solutions) in order to ***** your deposit money. The owners of this *****ed company, 4Max Properties, are Mr. Jaco Lombard and his wife Mrs. Monique Lombard. They frequently use their agent by the name of Nita to do the rental agreement and inspection of their units. I have ALL of their **** documents and plan on opening a ******** case against them.
