4Max is heartless but professional *******.

I write this review in the hope that i will prevent someone being ****** by this company.

Nita from 4Max Properties will promise you that the properties will be painted and all the damage will be fixed by the owner before renting the unit to you. she will then look you straight in the eye at the end of your lease saying that the property looks better that it looked when you moved it, but she never mentions that she is a professional thieve and con artist.

The princeple of 4Max rentals, Monique will make you sign a lease agreement with a ********** company that has no assets or tax number. 4max then proceed in making your life hell by massive water and admin charges on top of your monthly rent. a Unit that should cost R7400 per Month turns into R8200 +. Once you give your 2 month notice they quickly do the exit interview and then make you wait 21 days to inform you they will be keeping your deposit, key deposit and rental cost depost (whatever that is) totaling R7850-00. they also invoice you for a further R2130-00. They claim that the unit they never painted should have been painted by me. I should have replaced the silicone around the bath and replaced the boor that has been damaged by the sun over the years, and numerous other repair work.

Once you try to make contact with them they ignore your calls and on the one occasion i got to speak to Monique, she simply said "this is how i stay rich and you stay poor" and later in the heated exchange she said " go stay in the squatter camp where you belong".

I hope that this review helps one or more persons not to be ****** of their hard earned money. I not only lost money but took a long time to get back on my feet.
