4 MAX -BE CAUTIOUS and or Know your rights before signing an agreement with them.

Be careful when considering to Rent through 4 Max Properties cc. they are not forthcoming with information and their contracts protect them and the landlord, If you not happy with any clauses and are unsure, put everything in writing and get them to confirm in writing what they mean. They quick to say that term or clause will no apply, but when its time to cancel your agreement and expect that they honour the contract, BEWARE they wont!! and will find excuses at to no assist or bill for additional costs, sms etc .

They will not disclose their business information, do not have business cards and all correspondence is done via email. They will never disclose their business address. Are Rude and not pleasant people to deal with.
