Zero post sales service!

I bought a ceiling fan with them on 10 January 2024. Once delivered I asked an electrician to install it. Immediately I noticed that the fan makes a weird noise and wobbles around. Even though it is firmly tightened to the ceiling. I reported this to 4home.co.za immediately on 17 January 2024. I have been ignored since and nobody is coming back to indicate what is the way forward for my complaint.
