Worst service

Ordered a Sonicare brush from [URL Removed] it says available online but when I called in to ask when will I receive the item it said it will take 2 weeks to get stock because Philips is moving offices. I called Philips and they are not moving offices as I am a dentist and contacted them directly. Lies. I requested a refund and asked for email confirmation, they sent through an email so I contacted [URL Removed] and they said they did not receive a request for a refund. More lies. Please do not use this online store. Terrible service.
