When the Consumer Act means nothing.

I can't believe these people. I order and pay for an item online which they show as available, two hours later I get a message that the item is no longer available and they can't say when it will be and that I can get a coupon to buy something else. I had to reach out to them insisting that I wanted a full refund. They agree to refund me but have the audacity to recover the bank charges for the refund from my refund amount. They have no regard for the South African Consumer Act and I will never do business with them again.
