They simply do not refund!

<p>After we purchased an item from them on eBay they privately emailed us the shipping will be more than what they said on bid or buy. We simply did not have the funds to pay R400 for shipping and cancelled our order. We filled in the refund form. Sent countless emails and phoned them 3 times in the last two weeks and still no refund. They say it's at the accounts department and that's all I get out of them. Please be careful. I don't think we will ever get our money back. We will never support them ever again. It's at this stage that Bid or buy is even asking them to refund us. How pathetic. They can take your money albut giving it back after false advertising is a problem.</p>
