Slow delivery of incorrect items and no customer service

Eventually my order was delivered and it was wrong with incorrect and cheaper items than those I had paid for. They have wanted me to send pictures of the items and I have done that. Nothing has been heard despite many emails. They do not seem to have a telephone number
