Refund policy a complete joke, stay away!

Waste of time using this online store, bought a Kenwood vacuum cleaner, only to be told its out of stock a few days later. Their refund policy is a complete joke, 10-60 working days to process a simple refund! Yet they received funds for my purchase in less than an hour. I wish I had read reviews similar to mine on HP before I decided to use them, would have save me a whole lot of frustration. Stay away!
