POOR SERVICE

<p> </p> <p>I purchased Kenwood kettle and steam iron two weeks ago , when I call in to follow up on my order I’m being told your order will be delivered the next day , when I call the next day , I’m told it will be delivered the next day .</p> <p> </p> <p>When I called in today I’m being told that the kettle is discontinued ? Why was it available on the website ? why was I being told the parcel is on board for delivered if the item is discontinued ?</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my full refund ! I don’t want the steam iron anymore , your service is poor I will not buy from you again!</p> <p> </p>
