The worst service you can ever receive. I purchased an item online on the 1st of February 2024 which showed that it'll be dispatched in 4 to 10 working days. After 10 days, I followed up with them, they kept on saying they ordered from the warehouse they were checking and will call me back. Nobody calls back, I call again, same information. On the 20th of February 2024, I made a call and asked to be refunded. The guy said he's checking and will provide feedback. Then I receive an email that says the item has been ordered from the warehouse. Mind you the order was placed on 1 February 2024 and the email was received on 20 Feb 2024. Think thrice before you order from these people unless you wouldn't mind receiving your item after a year. Order: 50458
