Not brilliant service!

I ordered from them on 29 November. When I inquired after two weeks to find out why I haven't received my order I had to hear that it went missing. I have already paid! They promised to get it to me straight away. I am still waiting for the tracking number. I was promised it will be dispatched today but I still did not get a tracking number. I asked for a refund if it is not dispatched today, so let's see...
