Non Delivery

I have been struggling for almost three weeks now to get my package from them. I regularly get deliveries from Takealot, Uniterm Direct, Loot, Contact Lens Club, etc, They have an obscure note in their terms and conditions that say they don't deliver to certain places. Why do they have an online shop. I stay 2km out of Bronkhorstspruit, 50km out of Pretoria. Really?
