No dlivery...no resond on their websie and contact detais

Good day My order - 28121 refers. I placed my order and was informed that it will be shipped on 10 January 2021. I have not received my goods. Please inform me of the delay or refund me. People warned me about your Company, but I thought it was only stories. I looked on hellopeter and all the warnings is also there. Thus I was wrong and now I have the same problem.
