No Customer Service at all!

Bought a Karcher floor washer from them on 10 January 2022. Was informed twice by remote computer and once by an agent with zilch info regarding my purchase. I was told it has been ordered from the supplier and the second time that my order has been escalated.My problem is that they just ignore each and every mail I've sent inquiring exactly what the delay on this order is. I want spesific answers as to when the estimated delivery will be. They should be able to tell me when they expect delivery from the manufacturer. In my view they couldn't care less, they have my money and tough love, I can wait. Doesn't work for me. I normally buy from Takealot and never had any problems of this kind yet.
