Never have I had such ridiculous service

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help. I ordered something from 4home, it has now been 3 weeks and I am R 700 short and still have no package. I am furious!!!! They DO NOT respond to emails and their live chat is useless... please can anyone help me.. I don't know how to contact these people for further information. If do suggest people keep away from ordering anything off this website. Due to it being three weeks late, they are in breach of their 7 - 10 days delivery. Please help anyone!!. This seems to be just another shockingly run SA website.
