Just bad overall service

Very bad online experience. Waiting 12 days to receive items ordered. Then some items are wrong and need to be ordered again. Have to wait another couple of days or so again to receive correct items? No feedback from customer support unless you yourself phone back? Will not order anything from 4Home.co.za ever again.
