Incorrect Goods Supp****

I purchased a set of mats, the incorrect mats had been delivered. I called in to enquire and was told by Chad that I will be contacted. No response call in again an was told that I will be contacted, no response. Calles in for the third time and spoke to Zain, I was told I might recieve the correct item this Friday or Next Friday. Zain mentioned he cannot give me an exact delivery. I requested a refund, but I must pay for the shipping cost, but it is your error. Please explain that to me.
