<p>I placed an order on the 4th of May for an item on the website that NOWHERE said out of stock (3 x phillips saeco decalcifiers). I still cannot fathom how I was allowed to place the order when infact upon phoning the next day to confirm that I could collect my order, that they had placed an order with phillips and would receive the stock within 2-3 business days. Fine.</p> <p> </p> <p>To this day, I receive a spam email every couple of days asking me to please go and shop with them again. ARE YOU SERIOUS?</p> <p> </p> <p>It is now the 22nd and I still have received no response to my email sent on 15 May (7 days ago) asking when I'd be receiving my order. No apology, no response, nothing. </p> <p> </p> <p>Its now been 12 business days and I've received nothing but the silent treatment. </p> <p> </p> <p>I seriously don't recommend using them at all. No wonder the likes of Takealot etc are so successful. </p>
