Help! Anyone

I have run out of places to turn. I am begging anyone to help me at this stage. I ordered (which I now immediately regret) something from 4home.co.za, the order has been processed, they have taken my money and still 3 months later my order still has not yet arrived. I cannot get hold of anyone. They don't answer the phone and most certainly never respond to my numerous email. Please if someone could help me, I had saved a lot to purchase my package and now I'm money down and still no package. I have tried several occasions to request a refund.. And to no avail no response. Can anyone help me
