Frustrated client we just wanted a kettle

Worse place to purchase from.We purchase a kettle from there, when the parcel arrived the box was where the kettle was in was not sealed the box already looked suspicious that it was like a second hand item...when we try to return they send us to the warehouse some where in sabdton to exchange when we got there they told us that michelle shouldn't have send the client to them..she's suppose to deal with the return, exchanged. Or refund ...we left with there with the broken kettle....our emails are being ignore and we where told that we have to pay for them to collect and a 15% handling fees....long stories not to refund the full amount.this people should not be in business..
