Exceptionally Bad Service - ****?

I would suggest that everyone BEWARE - I think that this is a **** website \ online store! I placed an order a month ago and after two weeks received an email telling me the order had been dispatched but it never arrived. Checking the tracking showed a note "incorrect delivery address" which I rechecked, it was correct - but one would expect some reaction if an item is not delivered. Two emails have gone completely unanswered and after 5 attempts to phone one call was answered where someone promised to follow-up and call me back immediately - needless to say he didn't. So now consumer ombudsmen \ social media etc etc - but DON'T believe the tag line - this is not "the easy way"
