Don't use 4Home.co.za they are useless

I placed an order with 4home online after googling a particular Ryobi battery the 4home add came up. Visually looking at what they had to offer it appeared to be the same battery. therefore i placed an order for 2 battery's. the online shop informed it would take 7-8 days to deliver well that turned out to be 14 days. on receipt it appeared that they would work but after trying to fit one it didn't. i contacted 4home on the 23/11/2020 and informed that they are not correct please arrange collection of battery's and that i was not liable for any cost's with regard the return and refund of monies. they informed that a Manager would contact me still waiting. Phoned again on the 30/11/2020 and was told i would be responsible for courier fees and 15% handling fee. I tried to stop the agent from talking but he refused and he eventually put the phone down on me. I phoned again to speak to top management i eventually put the phone down after waiting 20 minutes. Please people don't ever use 4home.co.za for your online shopping they are pathetic.
