DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

Almost 10 days since a broken coffee machine was delivered and I reported it immediately. A lady phoned me a few times saying they will investigate and kept on blaming her supplier. She could not tell me when they will collect broken machine. 10 days later and still the coffee machine has not been collected and still no refund. Absolutely horrific service!!? In three days also no calls to tell me what is happening!
