Bad Service

I would not buy from them again. I ordered a switch for my electric blanket. the end point on the online picture looked the same to what I have. when it arrived the switch could not fit. I requested that I return it was was told non returnable, and their supplier would not take it back and what i have is a discontinued range. So all the T&C get thrown to U as opposed to being customer centric. Be careful.
