Avoid like the plague

Avoid this online company. Ordered a item on the 12/05/2020, to date no product, and no refund. Feel ****med. Problem after problem. Have spent way too much time communicating with them. I contacted them after 3 weeks of no news. They said they would find out whats wrong and call me back... no call back. Contacted them again, oh the product will be available in September only, they then insisted on giving me a coupon, I profusely refused and requested a refund. Was contacted by payfast to initiate my refund but the amount to be refunded was incorrect... contacted them again, they said they would rectify it..... again the amount was incorrect. This is the last I have heard from them. Please avoid, avoid, avoid.
