4Home.co.za should be called 4****.co.za I ordered a Tradeweld Mini 180 AMP Inverter Kit (M***4058) Which at the time of order and still when I received the order had a 1 X Bluetooth Speaker listed as part of what is in the box It also still has the Bluetooth speaker shown on the picture of the item When I received the welder it had no Bluetooth speaker inside so I went to their page and checked and it was still showing So I called them and asked them and they stated they will follow up Few minutes later the website was updated to remove the Bluetooth speaker from the listing They now claim that it was accidentally left on the page because it was a "special" that was not marked as special And that they will not ship it since their supplier do not care and it is not their responsibility to fix it because their terms and conditions state that mistakes happen and that it means they do not have to take any responsibility on their side This statement was made by Trevor who I have now found out is a manger there

Trevor also stated I can return the welder but I must do so at my own cost

So whatever you do never ever use 4home.co.za Because they can ship you whatever they want and then claim that their Terms and conditions allows them to do that And if you want to return it for a refund they will make sure you pay for the shipping to make it as hard as possible to do so.

So never ever trust 4Home it is just a **** that does not provide what they list and use the "Our terms and conditions allows us to leave anything out what is shown on the pictures and is listed as part of the item"
