4Home.co.za you are BAD!

I ordered and paid for a kettle on the 4Home.co.za website. The item included a description which stated "3-10 day delivery". It strikes me that they have all the 'automated responses' in place, but are absolutely hopeless in dealing with anything that requires direct contact and management of their process. 3 Days after placing the order I received an e-mail stating that my order was being processed. The status has not changed since that message (well beyond their own 3-10 day promise) and the company completely ignores repeated enquiries placed on their 'live chat' page on their website as well as the same enquiries placed on their facebook page .... I don't think it is unreasonable for a customer who has paid cash in good faith, to ask what is going on and to reassure me that I will receive my order .... or to refund me my cash. They don't deserve to be in business!
