Not an online store! ******* service, Pathetic timing. 3-10 days delivery as per product website but they delay the process.product dispatch takes few mins to get a courier online and book it for delivery... my item laying in dispatch state for god knows how long still. They took 3 days to respond to a contact us message and yet it was an email. Ordered on 5/5 still waiting on 12th for dispatch status to change
