I ordered for the 1st time from them on 2 Nov 2021. Everything seemed fine until the next day I received a mail that the item purchased was out of stock with no ETA. In the mail they provided alternatives but 90% of the alternatives is out of stock as well. When I bought the product, NOTHING was out of stock on their site. No refund option is provided, just a coupon to purchase again. Shocking! Tried calling their offices today, no answer for 20 min. Never buy at this online store! I will be fighting to get my money back, if at all!
