Be very cautious before buying from this lot. I ordered two sets of blades at a cost of R999.00 ...only one set arrived. I phoned them and they basically washed their hands of me, I was told that I should have inspected the package in front of the Courier and checked the contents when it was delivered. Now here's the risk for every person buying from them, if you are at work or pop out to go somewhere and your Housekeeper or someone else signs for the pack and later when you get home its either not what you ordered or damaged or less than what you ordered you can forget to get one ounce of co-operation from them. This means you have to make sure you are at home when the Courier arrives and then open the package in the street so that you can inspect the contents....now I ask you many buyers are in a position to do this, most people are at work for one thing. The disgusting thing for me is not only the loss of R499 but the fact that they could not be bothered to even check their stock inventory against their existing stock which would have shown one extra on their shelf....they could not care less, so my advice to anyone wishing to buy anything, do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere, as for me they will never get another cent out of me.
