Hi there, I ordered an item off their Website, Weber Gas Braai stand. I was delivered and I ordered the incorrect size. The reply I received was to take photos which i did. They then came back and said I must pay for the courier to return the braai stand, pay 15% handling fee and if Weber refunds them then they will give the rest of the money back. I said I would purchase the correct size but they were not interested.
