Ordered a coffee machine from them. They said it can take up to 8 working days before they receive the item from their warehouse!! After 13 working days, three telephone enquiries and 3 chats (which was not answered), I still had no tracking number, in other words, it was still not dispatched. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, THEY ARE WASTING YOUR TIME!!
