4Home definitely not 4 me.

I placed an order a month ago only to find out today after numerous attempts at calling and emailing that the item ordered isn't in fact in stock and it still needs to be ordered from the supplier. Why have the item on the website? I am so unhappy because I ordered it as a birthday gift and now I am so embarrassed, telling my friend its still on its way. I'd like a refund as it's been well overdue.
