Threatens lawsuit instead of trying to help

In follow up to my original complaint that 4Everdeck deals with ***** service providers. I would like to make it clear, that at no time do I imply that they stole the money. They refer you to installers after you have contacted them on their website or national sales number. Surely, if you refer client which you are attracting from the internet you should screen your service providers? So in short, I am out of pocket by R25000. No offer from 4Everdeck even although I stuck by their product and a second referral from them after the Signature decks incident of softening the blow with a better price on the product. Instead, I get 2016 prices and a lawyers letter from his Attorney Craig Preston-Whyte threatening to take me to court for defamation unless I withdraw my reports from Hellopeter. No guys. Step up to the plate and accept some form of responsibility for your referral which left me R25000 the poorer!!
